Privacy Policy

Whilst working with your child, we may collect your child’s personal and identifiable information. We may also ask for their medical history. This information is kept in your child’s records, which is kept in a secure database that meets the United Kingdom’s privacy standards. The database which stores the information requires 2-step verification to access. All documents with your child’s details will also be password protected. All personal information will be stored securely, unless subpoenaed by a court of law.

Sharing of Information

At Nick-Nack Physio, we work with third parties, such as other healthcare professionals and schools, to ensure your child’s needs are met. There may be occasions where it is necessary to provide written or verbal information about your child’s progress with third parties involved in your child’s care.

Photo/Video Policy

As part of your child’s assessment, it may be appropriate to take photos and video. Photos and videos may also be appropriate to help to monitor progress over time. Photos and videos will not be taken without your consent first. Any images or video that are retained as part of your child’s medical records will be stored securely in a secure database. Images of your child will not be shared with anyone without your express consent.
